Charlotte 2014 update Patch V1.0

This patch was designed to bring the two most popular versions of Charlotte tracks up to 2014 graphic specs.

You must first have the Revamped Reloaded Charlotte 2012 Tracks or the Smiffsden Charlotte 2013 Tracks already installed in Nascar 2003.

What is updated:

Updated Start finish line with Coca-Cola 600 and All Star Race Graphics

Updated Turn one and two billboards with canvas effects to match the original track graphics

Updated turn three billboards with canvas effect to match the original track graphics

Updated night versions using the FSE night lighting effects

Updated Grass logos for Coke 600, All Star Race, and Bank of America 500

Updated turn 3 grandstand billboards

All Graphic work done by Freddy (wheatenland)

Thanks to Shane for providing sample templates
